We want you to love your Rhevu purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.
Return & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for socks or mats once delivered, unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at help@rhevu.com including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at Rhevu's discretion at no additional cost.

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For orders shipped outside the UAE, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Customers must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We do not accept returns for any other reason on international orders, including change of mind or sizing.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
