Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay in stock availability, we’ll notify you by email.


Delivery Times & Regions

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries.

  • UAE: 1–2 business days
  • Bahrain: 1–2 business days
  • Kuwait: 1–2 business days
  • Oman: 2–3 business days
  • Qatar: 1–2 business days
  • Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, courier performance, and external factors such as weather or customs delays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order value. For UAE orders, free delivery applies on orders of AED 200 and above. For GCC orders, shipping fees vary by country and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UAE, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's regulations, are not included in your order total, and are the customer's responsibility. Duties are typically collected by the courier upon delivery. Rhevu has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery status in real time.


Delays & Responsibility

Rhevu is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier operations, customs clearance, or situations beyond our control.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation (or expected delivery date) at help@rhevu.com. We’ll assist you in filing a report or replacement claim.
