Welcome to Rhevu! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online store. By visiting or purchasing from Rhevu, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Policy”). If you disagree with any part, please do not use our site.

Rhevu (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and all related content, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and handles payment processing.
By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Descriptions

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, but colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.
All product details, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue items or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed and confirmed by us.
We may cancel or refuse any order if:

  • Payment cannot be processed
  • The product is out of stock
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

You agree to provide complete, up-to-date, and accurate payment and contact information. All payments are securely processed through our encrypted payment gateway.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices are listed in AED and include VAT in accordance with UAE regulations. For orders shipped outside the UAE, VAT does not apply, however additional charges such as shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes may apply and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • UAE: 1–2 business days
  • Bahrain: 1–2 business days
  • Kuwait: 1–2 business days
  • Oman: 2–3 business days
  • Qatar: 1–2 business days
  • Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days

Rhevu is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once the order is handed to the carrier, title and risk transfer to the customer. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for socks or mats once delivered.
Returns are only accepted if an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy .

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, trademarks, and images displayed on this site belong to Rhevu or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without written consent from Rhevu.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Services

Our site may include links or integrations from third parties (e.g., Shopify, Meta, or payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
Before engaging with a third-party site, review their terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhevu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our Services or products.
Our total liability will never exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For customers in GCC countries, local consumer protection laws may also apply. Any disputes will be handled through the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by local law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates take effect immediately when posted on our website.
We’ll notify customers of significant changes when required by law.
